With Frames for Netscape 2+ and Explorer 3 or
Without frames for text browsers such as Lynx and other graphical browsers.
PLEASE NOTE : Midi File Central is designed to be used with Netscape 2.0 or higher with the Crescendo plug-in or
Microsoft Internet Explorer 3, and the Crescendo Activ-x component, version beta 5 or higher.
