Thank you for your interest in the AQUARIUS site. As you may know, the AQUARIUS was the home of the world's first underwater web site, situated 60 feet below the ocean's surface off the coast of Florida. For twelve days, visitors to this site got a peek inside the AQUARIUS, the underwater habitat used by the scientists and researchers of the seventh JASON Project. Although the JASON VII expedition is over and the electronic link to the habitat has been disconnected, the interest in the JASON Project continues so the web pages from the original AQUARIUS site are still accessible from a land-based server. Since the site is no longer connected to the underwater habitat, however, some of its functionality is not available.
